You can use Mineral Essence's Eyeshadows and Glimmers wet or dry. Wet application will give Eyeshadows a more opaque coverage and Glimmers a foil finish. You can also start with Eyeshadow dry and layer with a wet Glimmer on top for a more opaque and foiled effect.
